Luxy

Luxy was my first startup — a multichain NFT marketplace and creator tools for the Syscoin blockchain. Cofounded in early 2021 alongside Pollum, who handled execution, while I led product as Project Leader. The NFT space was at peak hype; Syscoin needed a marketplace; we built one. The honest part of the story: it raised, it shipped, it didn't last.

Set product vision and strategy. Led the development team and designers across daily standups and weekly stakeholder calls. Built Figma prototypes for the marketplace and creator tools — mint, list, manage collections. Authored the pitch deck that secured Luxy's fundraising round. Drove the brand identity end-to-end. Coordinated Pollum's engineering team through launch.

Solid project leadership experience — led product vision, a development team, fundraising, and launch. The token launch didn't perform; the product never found product-market fit. First end-to-end startup arc taught me what fundraising can do, what tokens can't, and how to lead through a difficult product cycle. Foundation everything since has been built on.
